PTS RD CORRECTION LIST

This Correction List is assessed and handled after a PTS Rundown has been done on the pc in case of new illness or Roller Coastering. It also serves as a checklist of expected actions with the Run-down.
The handlings are given below the assessing statements in each instance.
The list is always done method 5 (all assessed then handled). The assessment can be done without prefix or if C/Sed for with prefix: ”On the PTS RD ……?”
1. Did you go exterior?
Indicate it. If pc never had Int RD send folder to C/S for Int RD program. ___________
2. Has your Int RD been messed up?
Indicate it if so, folder to C/S for according handling. ___________
3. There were list errors?

4. You were given the PTS Rundown in the middle of another incomplete rundown?
2WC to F/N. Complete the incomplete RD then verify the PTS RD. ___________
5. You have been physically ill after auditing?
If this happened after a PTS RD the RD is not complete. 2WC to F/N then find what was incomplete. ___________
6. You lost the gains achieved in auditing?
Same as 5 above. ___________
7. You are still in communication with a person or group that does not like Scientology?
Have HCO handle per P/L 5 Apr 72 or if HCO does not act handle with DofP or Tech Sec. ___________
8. You know someone who disagrees with what you are doing?

9. You handled the whole situation completely?

10. You only said it was handled?
